All purchasers of artwork, either from the brick and mortar SAWG gallery, Southern Arizona Watercolor Guild’s (SAWG’s) postings on the Masterpiece Manager website, or directly from the SAWG website, agree that in the event of any dispute, all parties shall submit to arbitration (a panel of 3, 1 arbitrator chosen by SAWG, one chosen by the buyer, and 1 mutually agreed upon) and buyer agrees that Pima County, State of Arizona,shall be the forum for resolution of any dispute, legal or otherwise. Further, all said purchasers agree that damages shall be limited to the value of the artwork and shipping costs in case of any dispute. Purchasers agree that SAWG will not be liable for reimbursement of any fees or costs or any negligence or wrongdoing on the part of SAWG, or Masterpiece Manager, beyond the disputed item(s)’ cost and any documented prepaid shipping cost.
