Judy Constantine

Watercolor Artist

I was always drawing and doodling as a youngster, and took Saturday morning classes at the Philadelphia Art Museum in drawing, clay, oils and acrylics. I discovered watercolors in the early ‘70s, and developed a love and respect for the medium that makes it my first choice of artistic expression.

After a 30-year hiatus (making a living in technology), I came to Tucson in 2006 to seriously try this art thing!  I have studied with local watercolor artists whose work I admire, and took 7 years to complete the Nature Illustration program at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum
